REVLST finds, fixes and protects the links in YouTube creators' video descriptions. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
REVLST is operated by Bernardo Cabral, based in Portugal, who is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: hello@revlst.com. Postal address: Av. Elias Garcia 105, 1050-098 Lisboa, Portugal.
Public YouTube data. Through the YouTube API Services we read public information about YouTube channels: channel name, subscriber count, video titles, view counts, publish dates and the text of video descriptions. We use this to find the links in those descriptions and test whether they still work.
Published business contact details. When a channel lists a business email address or social profile publicly for business enquiries, we may record it to tell the channel about broken links we found.
Information you give us. If you use our website, reply to us or sign up, we keep your name, email address, your channel, and the messages you send us.
Data from Google when you connect your channel. If you sign in with Google and authorise REVLST, we receive access to your YouTube channel so we can read your video descriptions, including unlisted videos, and update them with the fixes you approve. We only request the permissions needed for this.
Payment data. If you buy a paid plan, payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and basic request logs to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We contact creators about broken links on their public channels on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering a relevant professional service. We only use business contact details that the creator has published for that purpose, and every message includes a simple way to opt out. When you use the service, we process your data to perform our contract with you. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it.
REVLST uses YouTube API Services. By using REVLST you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
REVLST's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular, data we receive from Google is used only to provide and improve the link-checking and link-fixing features you can see in REVLST. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not read by people unless you ask us to, we need to for security or legal reasons, or it has been aggregated and anonymised.
You can revoke REVLST's access to your Google account at any time from your Google security settings. When you do, we delete the data we received through that access within 30 days.
We use a small number of service providers to run REVLST: email and file storage (Google Workspace, GoDaddy), website hosting (Cloudflare) and, for paid plans, a payment provider. They process data only on our instructions. Some of them may store data outside the European Economic Area, under safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To ask us to stop contacting you, reply "no thanks" to any of our messages or email hello@revlst.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or to your local authority.
We store data with providers that use encryption and access controls, keep access limited to the people who need it, and never ask for your Google password.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, for customers, tell you by email.

These terms apply when you use revlst.com or the REVLST service. By using REVLST you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
REVLST is operated by Bernardo Cabral, Av. Elias Garcia 105, 1050-098 Lisboa, Portugal. Contact: hello@revlst.com.
REVLST reads the descriptions of YouTube videos, tests the links in them, and reports links that are broken, expired, redirected to the wrong place, or attached to affiliate programmes that have closed. On paid plans we can also suggest working replacements, update your descriptions for you, and alert you when a link breaks again.
Reports are based on public data and on tests run at a given moment. Websites change, and some sites block automated checks, so a report may occasionally miss a problem or flag a link that later recovers. We check our findings carefully, but we cannot promise every result is complete.
REVLST uses YouTube API Services. By using REVLST you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. REVLST is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
If you connect your channel, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to manage it. We only change a video description after you approve the change, or after you have turned on automatic fixes. You stay responsible for the content of your channel, including any affiliate disclosures required in your country. You can disconnect REVLST at any time from your Google account settings.
Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. One-off services, such as a channel cleanup, are paid as quoted. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep any rights the law gives you.
Do not use REVLST to break the law, to break YouTube's rules, to access channels you are not authorised to manage, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
We provide REVLST with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee any level of views, clicks, commissions or income. Where the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using REVLST at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously broken, after telling you where possible. When an account closes we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
